This morning I did the warm-up + two drills from burn & build (on the fence about this one) + BJ Gaddour 10 minute torcher dumbell dynamite. I am at the agency tonight but wanted to do something.....

Hi ladies,

Sorry I didn't get to check in yesterday, DH had a clinic appt. and it was a long day...
Yesterday I did Supercuts.
Today was Yoga for Flexibility and Yoga Abs.
 
Happy Tax Day! No workout yesterday. Today was day one of the total body KB workout using 20 and 25 db. Day one is the most challenging I think.

Fish for dinner tonight!
