Daily Check-In Tuesday 7/27

Good Morning Glories!

Well, I'm up...although I'm not awake yet. After my cup of coffee my plan is to do a warm-up of wall squats and pumps and then 10 rounds of swings, 30 seconds work/30 seconds rest.

This morning was 100 crunches, TF HiiT 25, and CLX Lean Circuit 1.

Wow you gals are up working out early. I just cant get it together enough in the morning to do that.

No workout for me tonight. I have a late night meeting.
