No job today so I did Slow and Heavy, 3 exercises for shoulders, 2 for chest and one for back, nice workout and you will laugh but during the chest press I had what I thought was 2, 20 pound dumbbells in my hands but on the 2nd set I realized that I had accidently picked up one 20 and one 25, . So my one side of my chest maybe more sore than the other side tomorrow. My middle son was nice enough to go and get the other 20 pound one for the 3rd set.
