Crazy morning already, yes? I did a circuit today - Jari's Ripped 1000, cardio on the rebounder. I also added the abs from MIS ( ab hits ) because the ab section was short ( as usual..).
I'll do a workout after work, before my mail appointment. I am scheduled for JM's Shred 2 but I may do a Cathe premix instead....or 4DS KB. It all depends on my mood when I get home.
I saw The Messenger last night. I highly recommend it.
Well I got a call to substitute teach as a teaching assistant for special education this morning so my workout didn't happen. I even get to go back tomorrow morning and do the same thing for another half day. So maybe this is a sign from God that I need to take a break for my knee's sake, and let it heal. I have 5 anti-inflammatories left so I am trying them to help see if it is swollen and will go down.
So no workout other than going up and down stairs at the school.
