Daily Check-In Tuesday 10/11

Good Morning!

I'm going in to work early because I'm leaving early, so no time for a workout this morning. I'm hoping to do something when I get home from work.

Thanks for getting us ( and you!) going today.

Today was CLX Burn it Off and Extreme Abs. I also added some outer and inner thigh work, as this program doesn't have a leg centered workout.
 
Good morning its cardio for me today. It will be TJ cardio party......sing: everybody on the floor.....

Hi everyone,

No workout for me today. I planned it, got up early for it but... upper body too sore from yesterday's PUB and the cardio I did which ended up being Mindy Mylrea's (sp?) slide and glide cardio. wow my legs are killing me too. so I read and drank my coffee.

I did two upper body ballet body's and one lower body ballet body workout...I was happy to get something in for today.
