SJP for me today. I haven't done circuit training in months and all I can say is WOW! tough workout today!

Phyllis- I hope you caught some rays for me

Deanie- I like SJP but I love the premix on SJP (step, hi-lo- weight premix). Have you tried that one.

No workout yesterday. Worked from 9 am till after 10:45 at night and was exhausted by the time I got home. Can't even call it a rest day becuase I certainly don't feel rested.

Awwwww Phyllis. I feel for you! It's not easy to leave the sun and the surf and come back to winter !!!:eek: Enjoy every minute of today!

I had about 2 hours sleep last night so I am not feeling much like working out this morning.
But I'm going to give it my best shot.

Today is 30 min. bike and BBC butt & legs.

What a difference a day makes. Today is rainy and cold .;(
I liked yesterday better .

I did 45 min. bike ride and BBC butt & legs, so I'm happy with that.

I did the Taebo Fat Blasting Cardio with weighted gloves, have a doctor's appt. at 2:05 or I would do weights too. So I guess I will do weights tomorrow.
