Phyllis, good for you sticking with Imax. I LOVE Imax2 and step only from Imax3.....but very rarely do one & three in full.

Deanie, I've never done that premix. Sounds like I need to give it a try !

Today is BBC Butt & Legs and cardio- probably the stationary bike.

No workout likely tonight. Tonight I am giving a talk at the Philadelphia chapter of "American Women in Science"

Hi gals,

Variety is the name of the game, right?! Sooo with that in mind I did a workout off of Exercise TV called JillianMichaels Shred 30 Day 1, not too bad for a workout if I don't say so for only 25 min. or so. I also tried a men's ab workout but only did like 5 min. of it. I also did the Exercise TV version of Billy's Celebrity Workout which I had done before. Nice change of pace and Jillian's workout had both weights and abs in it plus cardio.
