4 DS Kickbox on the schedule - I did KCM TLC workout 1 and workout 2 combo, then picked up on Cathe's KB legs, core and stretch.

Hi Conni,

Today is a rest day for me. I am no longer counselling on Tuesdays at walk-in but have switched to Thursdays to see ongoing clients. The agency is in such back log (so many clients on the wait list) that I've switched over to help them out. Also, no walk in the park at lunch either as I am going out for lunch with co-workers.

I hope to squeeze in something tomorrow.

Conni - you had a big workout. Good for you!

Carmen and Annette - I hope you both get in a workout today.

Hi gals,

I did 38 min. of Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Min. to Fitness- Kickboxing with my weighted gloves on. It was a good workout.

Two days ago I did my first Cathe video.

It was the beginner's ab workout from Basic Step + Body Fusion. I've done some walking and hiking in recent years but this was my first exercise video ever, and was the first time I have *exercised* my abs in some decades; I'm sure it was the first time I've *exercised* my obliques since 1979.

Today my abs are still recovering... :eek:
all of them... :p
happily. :)
