Getting us started today with CLX Burn Intervals and Extreme Abs. I was sweating bullets! I really want TurboFire!!!!!

Hi all,

I did Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Biceps, doing 1 exercise for back, 3 for shoulders and 3 for biceps, then did PLB floorwork and MIS abs and stretch for my workout today. Again too hot for cardio. Oldest son graduates :eek: this Saturday and we have relatives coming in and my dh is off tomorrow so I probably won't get a workout in tomorrow. But at least I got all of upper body in and some legwork and abs, and I did do cardio 2 times this week so all in all not a bad week.

This morning was ETK ROP medium day...clean and presses, pullups, swings and tgu's. Another short, intense workout.
