Hi ladies,

Sorry I missed check in yesterday, I did TF Hiit 15, Ab circuits Pilates and Stretchmax 3.

Today was BC!!!

I did almost an hour of heavy free weights for all of upper body then did MIS abs and Taebo Express Kicks for legs and cardio.

I now plan on going to the pool! !!:D

Hi ladies,

Chaos in the house with the work that is being done. I managed most of lean and channelled with Andrea rogers despite being awake since 3, by 4 cooking butter chicken, by 539 working out! We r dedicated with our workouts indeed. See you all tomorrow.
