This morning I did Atletica. I just didn't feel like hopping about. I didn't do series three - the burpees - I just can't do those 'cos of back issues.

Rest day today - I did Supreme 90 Cardio Challenge, 100 crunches, and then Yoga Relax ( my own premix of about 25 minutes).
