This morning I did Atletica. I just didn't feel like hopping about. I didn't do series three - the burpees - I just can't do those 'cos of back issues. Have a great day everyone and enjoy your workouts. s. |

Hi Ladies,
Rest day today - I did Supreme 90 Cardio Challenge, 100 crunches, and then Yoga Relax ( my own premix of about 25 minutes). Carmen - fortunately my boss is out of the office until tomorrow, although he isn't difficult. I am just enjoying the privacy and blasting my Pandora... ![]() |
