Hi Ladies,

Siobhan - I am glad you are "Cathe Crazy"! I think that calendar will be a great motivational tool as well.

Carmen - I need to follow a rotation or I can be susceptible to not working out as hard as I may need to. Plus, I am totally type A and need to know what I am doing the next morning so I can plan it out.

Today was a rest or yoga day - I did S90 Tabata Inferno, 100 crunches, and CLX Recharge yoga.
 
Good morning ladies - I need the coffee in my veins ASAP today!

I am behind in my rotation. My monthly is heavier than usual and its knocking me off....I know that's not an excuse but that's the only thing I can figure.

I hope to do Legs and Glutes today after work.

Connie....rest day??? Tabata inferno???

Siobhan - sounds like you got a nice workout in yesterday.

Still under the weather but managed circuit burn this morning. I am loving that workout more and more.
