Good morning ladies,

This morning I did Athletic Training + 1/2 of Squeeze lower body. I ran out of time to finish. Squeeze lower body is a great add on.

Hi Siobhan,

Sorry I am late, DH had a doctor appt. this morning so I just go to the office a bit ago.

This morning was cardio - I did Christi Still Steppin' and the core from B&G.
It was nice to do a dancy, steady state cardio workout for a change.

We're such a loyal bunch of gals, LOL!! I like that about us.

I did all weight work today for a change, I did all upper body select exercises off of the Gym Style workout with the exception of back. Then I did PSSL&A the ab work and stretch, all in all about 40 min.of good weight work going a little bit heavier than usual for me.

It all felt good, tomorrow barring no sub job I will do cardio again.

Thanks gals for keeping this thread/check in going for as long as it has been going (I think we are the longest running one on this forum).

Hi ladies - I could not log into the forums this morning....not sure why

Today is an unscheduled rest day for me. My hubby comes home today! Yay! Missed him.

I'll be back at it tomorrow.

Great workouts ladies.....we should post pictures, it would nice to see each other and see how fit we are!

Hi ladies,

I added tonight high reps upper body only. my abs are dying.

i have the next 4 days off. yeahhhh.

have a nice evg. right back at it tomorrow for us all.

Good workout Annette and Conni. Carmen - well - love is better than fitness. good decision.
