We're such a loyal bunch of gals, LOL!! I like that about us.
I did all weight work today for a change, I did all upper body select exercises off of the Gym Style workout with the exception of back. Then I did PSSL&A the ab work and stretch, all in all about 40 min.of good weight work going a little bit heavier than usual for me.
It all felt good, tomorrow barring no sub job I will do cardio again.
Thanks gals for keeping this thread/check in going for as long as it has been going (I think we are the longest running one on this forum).
