This morning I did Cathe's Gym Styles Back, shoulders and biceps. I have not done this workout in about a year. I loved it!!!!

Hi Siobhan,

I love the GS series. I think that one is timeless and effective!

Today was a rest day - I wanted more circuit work, so I did CLX Burn Intervals, then CLX Extreme Abs. Great workouts!!!
 
Hi Ladies I'm going to try to do Athletic Step from the new series, but its not looking promising :(

So glad its Thursday....
