Hi ladies,

Today was Upper body - 4DS Upper body premix and 100 crunches.

Carmen - You are going to really like the next rotation. It gets intense on the wrists, but you end up working through it.

Siobhan - What's on tap?? Maybe Powerstrike????
 
Well, guys after working out on Monday and going to a half day job on Tuesday, I came home sick and spent all the rest of Tuesday in bed and didn't go to work that evening. I was in the bathroom with runs all day and slept till 11 on Wed. but I did go to work that afternoon. Hubby then proceeded to get sick Tuesday night and threw up the entire night so he didn't go to work on Wed. He went in late today.

I did manage to lose over 5 pounds while sick and was finally able to do a workout today. I did 25 min. of Cardio Explosion taebo workout, I needed a cardio workout for this week.

Hopefully I can keep this weight off and keep going from here.

Hi ladies,

no powerstrike today. I don't know why i am sooo tired this week but i am.

i did 40 minutes of KCM bootcamp afterwork. no more for me. this always feels like a cardio workout to me - not a weight training workout.

i will do some cardio and weights in the morning. or something....

carmen... i wonder what you will fit in.
