Just starting things off...

this morning I did Ellen Barret's Slim Sculpt. I have barely done any cardio in two weeks. Just not into it right now. Hmmmm

You just needed a break from the cardio, and that is fine. Now, if you want some xmas goodies you need to jettison that metabolism, so let's get back into it. Hiit!

Today was Hiit 30/30, 70 crunches ( I know..70?), and Yoga Relax express 1.
Cleaning, baking, errands, ahhhh!!!
 
Good morning ladies - its cardio for me today. Thinking about Rapid Fire Kickbox. My glutes are sore from yesterday's Tabata Inferno!

S - could it be your a little bored with your cardio choices? I know I get that way...

C - only 70? Drop and give me 30 more! :p

Hi ladies,

thanks for the encouragement. i think i am having trouble with cardio - in part - cos ive been having so much wine/treats at work and in the evgs that ive been feeling rickety in the am. its been a bad xmas season for food!!!! it's everywhere.

see you all tomorrow. DH just got in the door a while ago. yeah!!!!
