Hi Tammy,

I didn't know I didn't want to workout today until I started working out. I tried 20 minutes of This is Taebo then moved onto 15 minutes of BodyMax 2 then quit. I'll try again tomorrow.

Hi Tammy and Siobhan,

I find that if I pick out my workout the previous evening, I will be more determined to doing it without waivering. It is set and that's it, but that is how my Type A personality works, I guess.

Today was cardio - I did Amy's ASC 3 sections 1-4, the kettlebell core segment and stretch.
 
Hi all,

Worked yesterday so no workout... but today I did CTX Biceps and Triceps and the Kickbox abs, then did 21 min. of taebo for my cardio since I have a job tomorrow also.

My new job isn't panning out like I'd hope but we are still working out the bugs. Keep praying that God will give me direction on what to do and how to proceed.
