I totally forgot to check in yesterday. I took a rest day, so I spose thats why.
Today is plyo legs. Here I go!

Hi everyone,

Today was another circuit day - getting tired of those in this rotation, even though I love them so much.
I did Jillian's NMTZ and then stretchmax 2 until Sherman convinced me that it was time to stop working out, give him some serious love, and then feed him!:rolleyes:
 
Hi all now I am 4 for 4... I did MIC hi/lo cardio portion only for my workout.

Weight is coming back down again... honestly I can't miss one workout without seeing a gain, sigh, that is sooo depressing.

Anyhoo, hopefully tomorrow I can make it 5 for 5 and actually get a full week of workouts in.

Next week we are off school so I can sub every day if need be and I can also get all my workouts in again.
