I have 4DS legs and arx on tap right now and then I will do a short cardio work out at nap time!

I'm sitting here at work waiting for 3 o'clock to get here already....tap, tap, tap!

When I get home, I'll be doing Imax and some ab work.

Phyllis ~ Yes, 'tis the season, enjoy your rest day! I bet it felt good to sleep in :D

Wendy ~ I really like the leg work in 4 DS legs.

Conni ~ I love hi/lo, it always ends in a sweat-fest :D

Jane ~ Hope you Dad made it home safely and that every day is better than the day before. How are you holding up?

Hi all,

I did about 35 min. of the Billy's Lower Body Bootcamp today for my lower body workout, it also got me some cardio in too.

I am striving to keep my weight below my first goal throughout the holidays and then concentrate on losing more.

I just finished 4DS BootCamp cardio. That sure is one little kick arse routine there!}(
