Hi everyone,
I am trying to get caught up in this rotation, but I am still behind a day or so. Today was Imax and coremax, so I did Amy's ASC 3 combos 1-4, the Kettlebell ab section and the stretch.
I have a little trouble with one part of a combo, I think it was 3, with that step over stomp move, but that was it. Nice workout. I feel really tired, so I can't judge it completely, but I want to go after combo 5 next time. It is a longer workout, I was well over 75 minutes with what I did, so I don't know how often I will be able to do the whole thing, but I am sure the premixes are as good as always.
