I did the Quick Cardio Fix yday with the old BC cardio only.... the QCF was a little boring but not bad after I got started. It moved pretty quickly. I was suppose to do no equip abs from Ab Circuits yday but didn't look at my calendar before I started and was out of time and had to get ready for my appt soooo.....
today is STS back and biceps (disc 18) and no equip abs.
I didn't do a CTX after all - the bicep one was KB and I don't enjoy that. So... I did Timesaver #3 - a little step, alittle bis and core work all in about 45 mins.
