Becky ~ How is Meso 3 going? I only have a few days left in my recovery week and I need to decide if I'm doing meso 2 again or moving onto meso 3...:rolleyes:

I love leaving at 4:00pm every day. Granted, I come in at 7:00am, but it is still nice to get out before rush hour hits...

Today was BSB and Ab hits.

Happy Friday! Its been raining since last night. Its so gloomy today. Perfect for staying home snuggled in pj's eating cookies. Except I'm working.

Today I'm doing JM BFBM. I'm still sore from yesterday's S&H chest/back.

I'm going to try to leave office early today too.
