This morning my plan is to do the 2nd half of intensity followed up with some ab work.

Hi Ladies,

This morning was a bust. I got up early to workout and managed the arm section and part of legs of Tracey Mallett's Booty Barre plus abs/arms but then my mouse froze and I couldn't get anything else done!!!!! I expressed frustration to my DH when he arose but alas, barely a workout was accomplished. I might try some weight work tonight when I get home!!!!! I ended up reading 'til 6:20 am so it wasn't all bad.

grrrrrr. off to work.

Good morning ladies - today my plan is the 550 rep workout on bodyrock.tv. Woo hoo!

Sooooooo glad its Friday. Yesterday my boss made it official that she is running for U.S.Congress seat left open by the incumbent that will run for U.S. Senate. I will need definately need my workouts to help relieve stress and unwind after a crazy day. This is going to be an interesting year coming up...
