Good morning all! Today I will do 4DS Kickbox and try one of the Chalene Extreme weight DVD's. I havent had the chance to review the entire CLX system, is there cardio in there too?

The week just flew by...didnt it? :p

Hi Tammy and Carmen,

Carmen - Burn It Off is a cardio workout made up of intervals, and Burn Intervals is a circuit workout combining weights and cardio.
I am getting back into CLX next week!

Today was Christi - Strength, Toning and Flexibility.

YES ! Carmen, the week flew by ! Because I am on vacation !

We leave in the morning. SAD SAD SAD people here !

Loads of walking continues to be my workout .
 
Connie - Thank you for the suggestion. I did burn intervals. It seem to go by quickly and I feel like I got worked out.

Becky - I cant wait to hear about your vacation.
