Today is C&W. I am doing a lower body rotation this month, I was feeling "hippy", but I put on a pair of shorts from last summer that were snug around the hips, and they are loose now!:eek: :7 So maybe I'm not as "hippy" as I thought! LOL

I have KPC on tap this am and at the moment I hope my electricity stays on as we are currently under a tornado watch.

Ahhh Yoga - goodness I haven't done any in ages although I do have the Namaste Yoga series on my dvr waiting for me to use it.

Magically Hips? Hmmmm interesting name how is that?

I like the relaxing yoga and stretching is it like that?

Good morning everyone,

Good workouts going on today you guys, I love the motivation.

Today was ME. I can't do this one too often, as the leg presses get on my nerves, but overall this is one of my favs, especially that cool move with the Elvis remake!
 
Back and my workout is done for today :D

Rain came and left and I still had power which is always a good thing lol.


Conni: I know what you mean about so many leg presses - Oy!

I was on that PLB/PUB rotation that I haven't done ME in a very long time, but I have always enjoyed the Intensity series - there's just a fun factor in my opinion with that group of dvds esp. Imax2


Off to shower and get some household work done here, have a splendid day everyone! :7
 
Shoot I forgot to check in.. I did select weight work for shoulders, triceps, biceps and abs today for my workout.

I can't believe I forgot to report in, sorry about that.
