oops I mean Sunday too! yikes!

I hope it's okay I get things started. I've been up since 5:20 am!

Today I did Muscle Max for the first time in like 8 mths. Wow. That is one tough workout. It has such a cardio effect.

I'm feeling much better but not 100%. At least I finally got a workout in.

Thanks for starting off the weekend. I hope you are not doing too much too soon...take it easy. MM is not an easy workout, agreed!

Today was S90 Chest/Back and then S90 Core Dynamics.

DS had final golf match cancelled today due to rain. Bummer!!
 
Checking in to say hi. No workout for me today. Lots of usual chores today. Cant wait for tomorrow's workout.

Late check in for me.....it has been a busy day! I did a total body workout this morning from ballet body...totally brutal :confused::confused:

Just finished Cathe's Kick, Punch and Crunch. I have never done this one all the way through. It's a good one.

Have a good day everyone - and a good workout. More chores around here too, exchanging summer clothes for winter ++++++.

Hi all,

Siobhan - I did the closet swap last week, but I am still protesting and not pulling out my really heavy stuff...yet!

Today was cardio - I did TF EZ 55, 60 crunches, and TF Stretch 10.
Chalene just makes me feel good about myself.

I did another total body ballet body today. I really need to figure out a rotation for this month. I also need to start getting up earlier :confused::confused:

Hi Ladies - Its a beautiful Sunday here in SWF. The humidity is way down. I have the windows open and planning to make dinner on the grill. Its gorgeous.

Today I did the first four drills of Drill Max. It was a great work out. I dont like the last two drills so I always skip them.

Tammy I'm going to loosely follow the October Rotation since I've started with circuits already.

Connie - I love Chalene's TJ and CLX! I hope to one day get TF.

I'm enjoying a glass of wine and an old movie on Turner Classic Network.
