Hi Ladies,

Carmen - I have done both Insanity and Turbofire. I prefer TF for a much bigger fun factor, and I really love Chalene's motivation. I have gotten great results from this program, both in cardio endurance and in a stronger core. Insanity is more drill oriented. I do not care for this one, it can be very hard on the joints and just isn't very fun. Most people that I know that have done both will do TF again, but wil skip Insanity. JMO...

Today was day 1 of the STS/LIS rotation - I did the first 20 minutes of Slide and Glide, STS disc 1, then the core from Slide and Glide.

Hi Conni - Hello Ladies,

This morning I did a mishmash of Cathe's Intensity. I did 15 minutes of step to warm up + double Hiit.

Then I did a 10 minute stretch + Abs from Slow & Heavy. You can tell I was scattered this morning.

I did Cardio Supersets this morning.

Conni ~ What a workout this morning!!! I'm in awe!

Siobhan ~ Slide & Glide has a great 20 min cardio starter....the rest of the workout for me was so/so.
 
Hi ladies.....late check in for me. Today I did step only of BM2. Good cardio workout for me today.
