Getting us started today ladies....

This morning I did 3 circuits of LIC. Honestly, I like this workout but I have two left feet. Actually tripped over a weight and crashed into the wall this morning on one of those walk walk walk moves! I can`t get my head around Cathe`s choreography.

So I moved onto the first 20 minutes of slide and glide to complete my cardio day. It was good.

Last week before xmas. DH is away :(.

Keep practicing, you will get it, and it will get easier. Just keep thinking right left right left and do it without turning at first.

Today was DM, I liked it, but hate that darn sash!!:D There you go, you were waiting for that weren't you???
I added the abs and stretch from LHB.

Cleaning today, and returning an xmas gift from the in-laws. My mother in law likes to buy me small clothes, but I like some breathing room, you know? So hopefully off to Kohls at some point. Still recovering from the celebrating yesterday.
 
Hello everyone! Today was an intensive 12 min bodyrock workout. 50 sec work, 10 sec rest, jump rope was the cardio for this workout.

Someone keep me away from the Ghiardelli chocolates.....:(
