Good morning Ladies - Day off from work today for me ...I hope for you too. Today I took an outdoor run using the 21 min challenge from cardio coach #7. I was dripping sweat from the run. I added TJ 20 min Cardio and did 4 get ups using the 8 lbs handle ball.
I want a rotation that has a leg focus. The other day I tried on a pair of skinny jeans and they lie.....I did not look skinny at all. Waist was a little big but the shape of the glut hips and thighs were horrible. Hope to work on that for January.
