Today I start Meso 3. Last week I got the vest & gloves & and I HOPE I am ready !
With no rack & no spotter, I am still weary of doing my full weight on the bench presses. Phyllis- how do you do it ? I can do the press, but getting it up there to position to START the exercise at the beginning of each set feels like I am just asking for an injury!!
The weekend was beautiful and I was outside for most of it . I think today's going to be in the 80's again. LOVE IT !!!!
Okay I don't think I have to worry anymore. I did like Meso 3. There are longer rests....shorter, heavier sets. I liked it .
That workout was 68 minutes, then I did about 1/2 of the extended stretch and then took a 25 minute fast paced walk with my dog. it's already 80 degrees here. Gonna be a hot one !
