I did Xtend barre - Lean & Chiseled sans abs. It was quick but I'm glad I did something. I look fat today. Well, thick more like it. I am not comfortable with thick.

I have my calendar up at work and anyone who comes into my quad I introduce them to Cathe. I love Cathe. I love seeing her everyday now too! so thanks again.
