Hi ladies,

Getting us going today... I am doing the one month Jan 2012 rotation, today was supposed to be LIS Low Impact Challenge, I subbed Seasun's Straight up Step and then Tracey's coreblast bench segment.

Trying to empower myself at work, just not happening...:eek:

Hi Ladies,

I did Xtend barre - Lean & Chiseled sans abs. It was quick but I'm glad I did something. I look fat today. Well, thick more like it. I am not comfortable with thick.

Good workout Conni. Good for you for following rotations. I wish I had such committment. I'm gonna get inspired by you.

I have my calendar up at work and anyone who comes into my quad I introduce them to Cathe. I love Cathe. I love seeing her everyday now too! so thanks again.
