Circuit Max on tap today, but I didn't have it, so I actually opted out of a cardio workout today. I have been doing cardio all week and my joints needed a break. I did Christi's Strength, Balance and Flexibility. That is one great workout that just doesn't get the credit it deserves. You get everything in an hour here, and it is not heavy on reps, but you do so many compound moves involving all parts of your body. Good one!
