Good morning ladies - Its gorgeous here today. I took an outdoor interval run using CC #7.

We have more eating and drinking planned for today. Tonight I will take my mom to the dinner theatre for White Christmas.

Today was Turbo Jam Cardio party Remix and the floor segment from Ruah Warrior, plus 100 crunches.

Got the tree up, errands are done, and am trying to sit for a moment!
