starting things off...

This morning I did Cathe's Kickmax. There is so much in this workout - moderate, intense and barre type work!!!! not my fav. but still a keeper.

Hi Siobhan,

Nice workout today, I have a love/hate relationship with that one. So many jumping jacks, you know? The rest of it I like, though.

Today was Kelly's 30 MTF Cardio Blast premix 1. I just got this in a trade, and it was fun. Just enough plyometrics to get me going, but not so much that I wanted to hurl. I added ab work, then TF stretch 10.

Hi ladies late check in for me today. I did Athletic Training oh man I thought I was going to hurl! I could only do 20 min of it. I hope to try it again soon.

I've had some lightheadedness and tired for a few days. Not sure what up but hope it works it's way thru me and outta my way.

My boss gave me a fitbit. I finally used it today. Too much inputting info but it is helpful to log food and see calories burned.
