Hi Ladies,

Last day of work for a week, yeah!!! I am looking forward to taking a break and spending time with the family.

Today was a rest day - I did Seasun Z Step workout!

I did nothing today. What a bad week for working out. DH outta town and me, juggling so much - unsuccessfully.

DH is home tonight - late but heads back outta town on sunday again!!! for another week almost. Not good.

Got all my new DVD's in the mail yesterday for xmas. Will workout tomorrow for sure! For sure!!!!! (I hope).

Busy time of year but conni - you are doing so well.

Tammy - you haven't been around for two weeks. I hope all is well with you.

Hi Ladies I'm here with a late check in. Today I did TJ 20 cardio then added following four exercises: combination bent over row/clean and press/squat; push up with one hand on medium size weighted ball alternating; power lunge holding stability ball overhead then swing it to the side; and last V sits with the weighted ball. 50 sec of work, 10 sec rest for a total of 4 min intense add on :eek:
