Imax 2 for me this morning and feeling good - my sleeping is getting much better woot

I also finally rec'd my free download from itrain so hmmm I may do that one instead of my beloved Imax2 ......... decisions... decisions

Have been putting in extra long days at work this week and last week
and am exhausted when I get home. I can't wait till I am back on schedule again.

The snowstorm is starting here and school is canceled!
Now they are predicting 10-12" by the time it stops tomorrow !:eek:

Today is BBC shoulders & back , and some cardio....probably bike.

Vilma, I'm still waiting for mine....did you get an email ? How did you know you got your free workout ?
Did you get to choose which one you wanted ??

Becky go to your itrain account in checkout the credit is there - no email I had itread 7 40m sitting inmy cart for ages and waited to get it free when I looked yesterday afternoon it had free next to it in the cart :D
 
Good Morning All

Today is a rest day for me. I am deciding if I want to do Sat.'s workout later today and have Sat. off....Either way, I got to sleep in today (6:30a.m.) which is always nice:)

Today is Imax 2, but I just did it last week, so I subbed, ( naturally );-) .

I did Tracey's HISM 2 and the ab work too.

Hi gals, I did 2 taebo workouts off of Exercise on Demand and I tried a Firm workout but only got about 4 min. in and had to stop because I can't lunge much anymore and that is what they were doing.

It was different at least (the taebo's were) so it was nice. Both workouts were about 18 min. long.

Just fiddling around with our new digital cable, at least I did find some longer workouts on there.

Evening everyone.... I did BBC Full Body workout today. I really liked it. I was a no-weight workout.
