Good morning. Cardio for me today - the step and hi/lo premix from SB. Gotta run. I will check back later. :)
 
Oh my where is everybody... I did Amy Bento's Xtreme Kickboxing the first 4 intervals and combos with weighted gloves on. I was also down almost 2 pounds this morning so I was happy about that.

Hmmm I was looking for today's thread but don't see it around?

Today I have cardio lined up and then afterwards I plan on doing some kettlebell work.
