I never got my workout in yesterday:( so this weekend I will play catch up again!! We had lots of fun at the x-mas party.

I did workout yesterday, I did STS Squat Rack Legs. Had a good workout. Instead of listening to Cathe, I put music on and just did the workout myself. It's easy with legs because you just do 4 sets of exercises with a 2:30 min. rest.

4 sets/7 reps with 2:30 min. rest

Squats - 90# (up 10#)

Elevated Deadlifts - 70# (up 5#)

Leg Press Station - 175# (up 20#)

Static Lunge - 75# (up 5#)

I did the first 25 mins of Athletic Step and then Jackie Warner Standing Crunchless Extreme Abs, and then Total Body Stretching with ball #1. I think Cathe was trying to kill us today.

I wish I would have been doing this one all along I think my abs would look killer.

Workout for me today was first 25 minutes of Athletic Step :)eek:) and for abs I did S&H Abs from Ab Hits. Lastly, Stretchmax w/ the band. Ahhhhh!

working weekend as usual, and then ALL of Christmas weekend off! YAYAYAYAYA!!!

I finished STS M3 W3 D33 this evening. Didn't get my ab wo in, ran out of time:confused: Tomorrow I am getting my hair done, not sure if I get a cardio wo in?? Hope so!

I just finished Yoga Relax. DH is actually taking this exercise things seriously he has walked on the TM 3 times this week. Later I am going to do frosting cookiemax.
