=141=78% MHR
=152=85% MHR
My Short mix of Cardio Coach Volume 1 consists of warm up= 5 min
Challenge 2= 5:43 Minutes
Steady State 2= 4:28
Cool Down=4:33
Muscle Max= 68 Minutes
Calories burned= 528
Total calories burned from today's workouts= 778
