I couldn't find a thread for today, so I started one. Here's today's workout:

Cardio Coach Volume 1 Short Mix= 20 Min
Distance= 1.64 Miles
Calories burned=250
BPM's=134 wup 75% MHR
=142=79% MHR
=141=78% MHR
=152=85% MHR

My Short mix of Cardio Coach Volume 1 consists of warm up= 5 min
Challenge 2= 5:43 Minutes
Steady State 2= 4:28
Cool Down=4:33

Muscle Max= 68 Minutes
Calories burned= 528

Total calories burned from today's workouts= 778;)

I'm sorry I'm super busy today and won't be able to come back for personals. Hugs to everyone and I hope your having a great workout and great day!;):)

Nice workout, Nora! As always!!!

I really enjoyed the total body weight workouts last week. Compared to what I'd usually been doing. It was nice to not spend forEVER on one body part!

Not sure if I commented on the other thread. I did do STS LEGS Disc 3 today and REALLY enjoyed it! SOOO glad I didn't try GS Legs. I'll be interested to see if I get DOMS from it. Oh, I esp loved the bonus work on the chair at the end!!!
