Hi girls!
I finished today's workout and will now check in. Here's today's workout: Cardio Coach Vol1 short different mix= 22 Met Value= 8.50 Calories burned= 255 Distance= 1.50 Miles CC V1 version done= warm up, Challenge 1, Steady State Rest, and 2 min of cool down= 22 Min KCM 30MTF Muscle Definitions #1= 41 Min + M.D. Abs= 11min = total= 52 Met Value= 6.0 Calories burned== 426 Total calories burned= 681 Wow, killer workout today. KCM was awesome on the muscles I know I'll have DOMS later. Cardio Coach Volume 1 was so much fun even though it was my own mix. I haven't been able to run in ages so this was short, sweet, and amazing. Love the way I feel so great after even a short run. That's it for me today girls.
