Total calories burned= 681

Wow, killer workout today. KCM was awesome on the muscles I know I'll have DOMS later. Cardio Coach Volume 1 was so much fun even though it was my own mix. I haven't been able to run in ages so this was short, sweet, and amazing. Love the way I feel so great after even a short run.
