I'm sorry I'm not up to doing personals tonight like I thought I could. MS fatigue is really rearing its ugly tired head it really hit me after doing LL and I just have less than zero energy right now. Hopefully, a good nights rest will help.

I'll check in with saturday's workout later.

Today was Shoulders and Trap. Legs are a bit sore today but not as much as I'd like. Had a good workout.

1 min. 30 second rest between each exercise and set.

SHOULDERS:
Standing Lateral Raise - 8's/15 reps - 2 sets (warmup)
Standing Lateral Raise - 14's/12 reps - 3 sets
***Up 2#.

Arnold Press - 20's/12 reps - 2 sets
Arnold Press - 20's/11 reps - 1 set
Arnold Press - 20's/10 reps - 1 set
***Up 3#.Wow, this was tough. Wanted to keep it at 20 so next time I'll do it again at 20 and do all 4 sets at 12 reps.

Barbell Upright Rows - 52#/12 reps - 4 sets
***Up 2#. Love this exercise. It has always been one of my favories.

Seated Bent-Over Lateral Raise - 20's/12 reps - 4 sets
***Up 3#, really felt these, very tough!

TRAPS:
Standing Dumbbell Shrugs - 37's/25 reps - 4 sets
***Up 2# and added 5 reps from last time.

Oh wow, my chest is speaking to me after yesterday's workout and I'm actually sore down the sides (around the ribs) too. Weird???

So today I'm hoping to get in a long run before rain moves in tonight. If it's rainy as predicted tomorrow, I'll finally get around to legs.

Good Morning,

I just got home from my sisters didn't sleep all night so I would really like to take a nap but I have to start laundry and go to the grocery store after I take a shower. Not sure I will get a workout in today. I ended up buying 2 purses and a wallet one of the purses will got to my youngest DD for x-mas. Everyone is doing great with there workouts.

Chris-hope your headache doesn't come back. When I get one sleeping and lying down doesn't help me either.
 
Hi ladies - managed to crank out out 8 miles today. Felt really good. Although, I'm having problems figuring out adequate post run (long run) recovery.

Roxie - pictures of the purses??? Get some rest!

I did my workout and finished it a little while ago. I'll just check in and sadly I'm not up to personals today. Tomorrow is a rest day for me so I won't be checking in then, but will be back Monday! Have a great weekened girls!:)

I worked my shoulders and traps very late at night, but at least I got it done;) I also did the bonus abs from B&G with the stability ball, felt those.


SHOULDERS:
Standing Lateral Raise - 8's ,10's/15 reps - 2 sets (warmup)
Standing Lateral Raise - 15's/12 reps - 3 sets
Up 2#

Arnold Press - 20's/12 reps - 4 sets
Up 2#. I agree, those there tough!

Barbell Upright Rows - 55#/12 reps - 4 sets
Up 5#

Standing Bent-Over Lateral Raise - 15's/12 reps - 4 sets
Up 2#, those felt much better on my back. For some reason, my back hurts on those?

TRAPS:
Standing Dumbbell Shrugs - 38's/25 reps - 1 set
Standing Dumbbell Shrugs - 45's/25 reps - 3 sets
Up 10#, my DB only goes up to 30#, had to use two 45 # plate weights from my BB, those cut my in my hands:( Need to buy more DB's or plate mates.

Debbie - fantastic job on your weight workout today. Hope you had fun at the craft show today.

Heather - enjoy your long run before the rain moves in. Nice job, on your DOMS.

Roxie - glad you had fun with your sis. I love purses, lol!
