I will try to get a leg workout and abs in today. My knees are killing me today:(

I will do cardio of some kind and BM2 Upper Body and some abs after the monster leaves today.

I finished D17 legs, had to go a little lighter with my weights this week. Figured, I am gonna hit them hard next week, since I am doing each week twice:p

Happy Saturday! I got a really late start today and didn't start my workout until about an hour and a half ago, but I'm pleased to report that I did it. I'll just check in now.

Paul Katami- Build & Burn- Instructional= 25 Min

High Step w/4 risers

Chalean Extreme- Extreme Abs= 16 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 109

Total calories burned= 769;)
