Helloooooo....is anyone out there?!?! Or is this thread already started it and I didn't see it...:confused:

CCV2 on my bike...DONE!

I'm about to head out for DD's soccer game. She is going over a friends house for a few hours and DH is also going out for the afternoon. What's a girl to do with a few hours of alone time?!?!? Shop....sit outside and read....the possibilities are endless. It's gonna be a good day!!

Today was a circuit workout and I think I've had the best workout since I started this rotation. I did Low Impact Circuit and I think it's my most favorite circuit workout so far. I can't believe I've had this workout since it was offered with the presale and have never done it. I think that's been about 3 years now. :rofl:

This was the 2nd time doing the step part of the workout and I remember having a really hard time with it the first time through. Didn't this time. Everything clicked and I got the steps almost immediately. Very fun!!! Sweated like crazy and burned some great calories. Used two risers and the platform, my knee did very well.

Just finished ME and it was a kickass workout, but why does she have to do so many leg presses? I am suppose to go for a run today but a) I don't run and b) it is raining outside so I will probably go to the fitness center and do the elliptical. I am going to get my nails done if the right person is working and do laundry have started cleaning house just need to finish.

Saturdays suck. Just sayin'.

I ran my buttocks off and still am , but I DID get in HSC Premix #1, 51 Minutes. Wish I could have done the entire thing, it was kind of fun! and a nice little sweat.

Hope you guys are having a nicer Saturday than me!!!

Great workouts , and Melissa, I'm SOOOO jealous of that alone time with a book! I'm hoping for 5 or 10 minutes out in the sun today!

Hi ladies. Today was Day 1 of Week 7 of my 8-week rotation. I totally procrastinated getting started b/c it's 3 sets of 18 freaking reps.

Chest - Incline dumbbell press - 26.5's

Back - Pullovers - 20#

Quads - Squats - 70/80/80

Calves - Calf raises - 90

Biceps - Dumbbell curls - 16.5's/16.5's/16 (had to drop b/c form was going)

Triceps - Double arm kickbacks - 11's

Legs - Static lunges - 70

Shoulders - Lateral raises - 10's

I also did MMA Kickboxing with the abs.

Debbie - LIC is one of my favorites. I love the step cardio premix too.

Roxie - Good job with your workout! Hate those stupid step ups LOL

Melissa - sounds like you had a good workout too!!

Chris - good job getting it done.

Ok, I've done I survived the first week of the second month of Insanity rotation. Whooo! I'm just checkin in with today's workout.

Here's today's workout:

Insanity- Max Interval Plyo= 55 min
Calories burned= 864

4DS-LIS-Premix- Chest, Shoulders & Triceps= 34 Minutes
Calories burned= 279
Total calories burned= 1143:eek:

Debbie- I have to second LIC as a personal favorite, its so much fun and the time just flies by.
