I just finished P90X Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X. I should have quite the 6 pack doing Ab Ripper X 3 times a week!!! :eek:

Good Morning,

This morning I did Total Body Stretching Basic Stretch. Tonite I want to do yoga but probably won't get done.
 
Nora-I am feeling good but I am so sad to hear you are having so many problems, I hope things get better soon. Kelly posted a new rotation for 2012 that uses the new workouts so I will be starting that next week.
