Today was cardio and I chose one of my Cardio Coach mixes. Had a fairly decent workout.
CARDIO STATS: 52 minutes total 5 minutes below zone 25 minutes in zone 23 minute above zone 421 calories burned 2.75 miles traveled

Good Morning,
I did KCM Stepboxing #1 it wasn't great but it was alot better then the last time I did it, and then I did KCM KBX Standing Abs. Stats: 33 min 27 in the zone 128 min hr 147 max hr 181 cals burned. Abs: 4 min 3 in the zone 124 min hr 145 max hr 23 cals burned. Debbie-awesome job with your workout. |

Great workouts today, girls!!
Today was supposed to be Plyometrics, but i wanted to try Cardio X. Started off slow, but ended with a BANG (and me dripping sweat!). Shorter workout (43 minutes) , so I'll probably do something else later, maybe a walk with Buddydog.

![]() Yay! I got to workout today and got it all done! I'll just check in now. Here's today's workout: KCM 30 MTF- Step Boxing Workout#1 w/wup & Stretch= 32 Min Met Value= 7.25 Calories burned= 317 Jari Love- Revved to the Max-Workout# 2= wup,w/o#2, Abs & Stretch= 37 Min Met Value= 7.0 Calories burned= 354 Ab Hits- Workout #9 - PH= 6 Min Met Value= 5.0 Calories burned= 41 Total Calories burned= 712 ![]() So, I got my workout in and feel great! Just got done with my workout
I was painting all afternoon I almost forgot to workout at least I got it done, right? I am to beat for personals. I will be back in the morning.Nora - when did you get the new KCM's DVDS? I am still waiting for mine ![]() Have a great everning, everyone!
