Today was cardio and I chose one of my Cardio Coach mixes. Had a fairly decent workout.

I did KCM Stepboxing #1 it wasn't great but it was alot better then the last time I did it, and then I did KCM KBX Standing Abs.

Great workouts today, girls!!

Today was supposed to be Plyometrics, but i wanted to try Cardio X. Started off slow, but ended with a BANG (and me dripping sweat!).

Shorter workout (43 minutes) , so I'll probably do something else later, maybe a walk with Buddydog.

Jari Love- Revved to the Max-Workout# 2= wup,w/o#2, Abs & Stretch= 37 Min

Ab Hits- Workout #9 - PH= 6 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 41

Total Calories burned= 712;)

Just got done with my workout:( I was painting all afternoon:confused: I almost forgot to workout:rolleyes: at least I got it done, right? I am to beat for personals. I will be back in the morning.

Nora - when did you get the new KCM's DVDS? I am still waiting for mine:confused:
