Today was total body again. 35 minute workout, loved it!

Today was 2 sets of 15 reps with 2 minute rest between each set:

Weighted Bench Dips - 45#
***Did this with a bar in my lap and Fuzz.

Hammer Curls - 15's

Lateral Raise - 10's

Bent Over Raise - 12's

Flat Chest Flyes - 20's

Belinda[/]b - My neck has been ok lately. Just waiting for it to knot up again, though. It's just a matter of time. :(

This morning I did KCM Stepboxing #2 and this one was a little easier then the first one but I still need to practice and didn't get the kind of burn I wanted. Tonite I will be chopping veggies and making chex mix then trying to come up with something to season red potatoes with.

Hi! Better late than never!

Today I did P90X Legs and Back. Legs were a little sore from Bob's Warrior Yoga yesterday, so the workout was challenging this time! I'll do my abs tomorrow.
