Morning all,
Glad to hear you girls had a wonderful VD yesterday, I know I did DH made dinner and it was delish.Not sure, what I will do today? But I need to get a short cardio in?? I will be back and catch up on personals. BBL!

Good Morning,
Tonite is suppose to be KCM's Olympic Lifting but my back still hurts a little so I will do Body Training floor work instead. My co worker is putting in his 2 week notice this week so I am not sure what is going to happen around here but I know I will definetly need a raise. Belinda-sounds like you had a good night. |

Hi girls!
![]() I'm checking in now since I finished today's workout. Here's today's workout: KCM 30MTF-Lift-Warm Up & Workout # 1 Olympic Lifting= 31 Min Met Value= 6.0 Calories burned= 254 KCM's Step Boxing Original= 55 Min Met Value= 7.25 Calories burned= 544 Has a short weights section and an abs section as well. Total calories burned= 798 ![]() I had great workouts today and now I'll rest. Have great day girls! ![]() ________________ Roxie- Good move to give your body another day of rest from anything weightlifting if your back is still sore. I think the KCM's Body Training is a very good option to use in place of Olympic Lifting. Also, if your back hurts doing those definitely back off, just be safe. ![]() Belinda- Glad you had a great VD~ I'm sure you'll get a great workout in for today whatever you choose, or if you decide to rest take care. Did Intensity (Low&BC premix) 30 min. That's all ![]() Nora - wtg, on KCM's workouts. Still didn't get my preorder need to check on them.Roxie - like Nora said, take it easy! Where is Debbie and Chris? Hope you both are ok! Good night, ladies.

Good Evening,
Tonite I did KCMs Body Training floor work and since the calorie burn wasn't that great I walked on the TM. Stats: 29 min 18 in the zone 121 min hr 153 max hr 139 cals burned. TM: 31 min 25 in the zone 130 min hr 152 max hr 170 cals burned. |
