Glad to hear you girls had a wonderful VD yesterday, I know I did;) DH made dinner and it was delish.

Not sure, what I will do today? But I need to get a short cardio in??

I will be back and catch up on personals. BBL!

Tonite is suppose to be KCM's Olympic Lifting but my back still hurts a little so I will do Body Training floor work instead. My co worker is putting in his 2 week notice this week so I am not sure what is going to happen around here but I know I will definetly need a raise.

I'm checking in now since I finished today's workout.

Here's today's workout:

KCM 30MTF-Lift-Warm Up & Workout # 1 Olympic Lifting= 31 Min
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 254

KCM's Step Boxing Original= 55 Min
Met Value= 7.25
Calories burned= 544
Has a short weights section and an abs section as well.

Total calories burned= 798;)

I had great workouts today and now I'll rest. Have great day girls!:)

Roxie- Good move to give your body another day of rest from anything weightlifting if your back is still sore. I think the KCM's Body Training is a very good option to use in place of Olympic Lifting. Also, if your back hurts doing those definitely back off, just be safe. ;)

Belinda- Glad you had a great VD~ I'm sure you'll get a great workout in for today whatever you choose, or if you decide to rest take care. ;)
