Calories burned= 68

Total calories burned= 875:cool:

Ok, It's hot here today 90 + degree temps and I'm so not loving that and I'm not feeling so great with muscle spasms or whatever it is that I've been dealing with on the right leg, calf, thigh, and glute so I'll just go rest and forego the personals today.
