Jari Love- Boot Camp- Workout#1 with wup/abs/stretch= 44 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 390
Killer abs on this workout very tough, but good stuff.


Total calories burned= 724:cool:

Tonite I did KCM Cardio Blast Athletic Step didn't know it as well but I still got a good workout. I was considering giving up working out because I have gained and lost the same 2lbs for several months its getting frustrating.
