Here's today's workout: KCM 30 MTF- Cardio Blast-Workout #1 Athletic Step= 35 Min Met Value= 7.0 Calories burned= 334 Jari Love- Boot Camp- Workout#1 with wup/abs/stretch= 44 Min Met Value= 6.50 Calories burned= 390 Killer abs on this workout very tough, but good stuff. Good Evening,
Tonite I did KCM Cardio Blast Athletic Step didn't know it as well but I still got a good workout. I was considering giving up working out because I have gained and lost the same 2lbs for several months its getting frustrating. Stats: 35 min 25 in the zone 139 min hr 157 max hr 220 cals burned. Nora-good job with your workout. |
