Yay, I got it done and let me tell you that HiiT is a killer but awesome stuff. I discovered that KCM's Body Training workout #2 Standing leg work was great and seemed to really help with my piriformis, ITband and glute pain alot so it seems like I discovered another weapon in my arsenal to alleviate pain in those muscle groups, Yay. I thought I'd pass the info along in hopes it might help someone else.

Roxie- I think you'll like KCM's Body Training workout #2 Standing leg work it felt great for me. I hope your back is feeling better no worries with lifting at all in either of Kelly's Body Training workouts so that's good if your back is sore. Have a great workout tonight and feel better!
Belinda- I know you'll have a nice relaxing workout with Yoga then abs, and probably just the right prescription for all the stuff with moving in it will be nice to have a low key workout to compliment. It sounds like your getting things situated now and are in the homestretch with shipments nearly complete and arriving to put stuff away, great job. The finish line is near, hang in there girlfriend
